Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Walkthrough – Mission 21: The War Economy

This mission can be quite frustrating due to the vast open spaces that complicate infiltration. Having Quiet as a companion can be very beneficial. As you get closer to the base, a jeep carrying a courier will start patrolling the area. Ambush the driver and interrogate him to discover the inspection route.

Now, make your way to the base through a small gate in the fence, ensuring that the security cameras do not detect you.

Search for the plane on the runway along the marked route and take cover underneath it. Use the shadow of the plane to shield yourself from the snipers stationed on the roof of the main building.

Investigate the storage area near the patrolling walkers and meticulously scan each soldier. You'll locate your target within this area along the patrol route. Eliminate or capture him, then make your escape using a captured walker, or sneak away if you haven't triggered any alarms.

Your mission may be interrupted by an urgent request to return to Mother Base. If this happens, head back right away and complete this mission at a later time.
