Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Walkthrough – Mission 49: [Subsistence] Occupation Forces

In the Subsistence mission, Snake will start with only the Bionic Arm and a limited number of Fultons. Any weapons, ammunition, or supplies he needs must be obtained directly from the soldiers he encounters throughout the mission.

Begin at the western landing zone and move westward, bypassing the enemy outpost, and continue along the road until you reach an empty house. Arriving at the house will trigger the convoy of three vehicles to start moving. Take cover and wait for the first tank to approach, then quickly sprint toward it and use a Fulton to extract it from the side. Follow up by extracting the truck and the second tank in succession. Once all three vehicles are taken care of, make your exit; using a helicopter is the quickest option in this case.
