The Taunhiy Shrine (-2400, 0824, 0615) is located on a Sky Island in the Central Hyrule Sky. Here’s how to access it and what to expect from the shrine challenge:
Finding the Shrine:
Launch from Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower: Start by launching into the air from Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower. Once in the sky, pull out your paraglider and glide towards the large Sky Island with a ring portal visible on it.
Activate the Ring Puzzle: When you land on the island, you'll find a green hand field that initiates the falling rings puzzle. After activating it, head to the edge of the island and prepare to leap off.
Guide Link through the Rings: As you leap off the island, use your paraglider to guide Link through all the falling rings. If you miss a ring or fall, you can land on the island with water below. There’s a Zonai construct nearby that will reset the puzzle and warp you back to the top for another attempt.
Complete the Rings: Once you successfully pass through all the rings, the Taunhiy Shrine will appear on the Sky Island near the Zonai construct.
Shrine Challenge: Combat Training: Archery
Once inside the Taunhiy Shrine, you’ll face a challenge called Combat Training: Archery, where you’ll be tested on your ability to use a bow in combat situations. Here’s what to expect:
Archery Skills Test: You'll engage in combat where your archery skills are essential for hitting targets and defeating enemies. This could involve moving targets or using your surroundings to your advantage.
Focus on Precision: The challenge will likely require precise shots, including possibly aiming at weak spots of enemies or hitting targets from a distance.
Shrine Rewards: Strong Construct Bow
Upon completing the challenge, you’ll be rewarded with a Strong Construct Bow. This bow, crafted from Zonai materials, offers increased durability and strength, making it highly effective in ranged combat.
The Taunhiy Shrine provides both an exciting sky-diving ring puzzle and a rewarding archery combat challenge, culminating in the acquisition of a Strong Construct Bow to enhance your combat capabilities!
